Our programs focus on the major causes of morbidity and mortality in the community. We are committed to improving the health of residents living in Leon county and its surrounding areas, we offer series of health screening and health promotions in these areas: heart disease, diabetes, cholesterol screening, nutrition education, injury prevention and so on.
